T tasdiva New member May 16, 2010 #1 I've been doing so well for the past month and 3 weeks eating right and doing dance aerobics. Now I have a cold and I feel weak (ugh!). Do you think it's a good idea to continue my exercise or stop for now until I get better? Thank you
