I've been on 100mg for a little over a month, thought I had cleared, then broke out again, so I'm frustrated. I had a few questions for those who have been on spiro for a long time. Did anyone clear completely, including the micro-pimples? Has anyone cleared all the blackheaRAB and whiteheaRAB using just spiro. Is there a chance clogged pores will just dry up? Also, the muscle weakness and lethargy seems to be getting worse each day, so I'm wondering if that subsided for anyone over time. Any advice or feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.
