Taking into account the level of difficulty (not too hard), how healthy it is and how hard to find the ingredients - what recipes would you recommend for:
Me to try at home
Me to put on a 3 course dinner party
PS I'd like the satisfaction of making my own meals that are restaurant quality.
I live in Melbourne Australia, I recently acquired a Thermomix.
I only want recipes from masterchef.com.au that are not Coles recipes ie they must be recipes from the contestants or the judges
Prefer recipes that won't raise my blood sugar too much. (I'm not diabetic but was told I had pre-diabetes but have lost weight since then)
Thanks
