my husband is currently active duty army and headed for the WTU unit. he was injured down range and is unable to do his mortars job currently and is still in need of foot surgery. they are currently talking of puttin pins in his foot causing his foot to be at a constant 90 degree angle and unable to bend, we are worried about his ablity to stay in and it seems there are no answers to that question at this moment. i am curious is it likely that he will stay in and possibly change his MOS at this point, or more likely to be meb boarded out? i am contemplating enlisting because i like the life that the army has provided us with and my soldier is possibly out of commission for a while at least possibly permanantly. does this seem like a crazy thing to do or like a mom trying to be there for her family my family is very unforgiving of the thought, wont even talk to me about it as well as many of my friends. just looking for an unbias opinion at this point with honest words, please if you dont know or youre just in a rude feeling mood dont waste my time or yours, thanks!
