why dont you look at apple.com and compare them yourself. You can find out which version has the camera.
cant you get to apple.com from wherever you are? then go to an apple store near you and find which you like.

I am planning to buy an Apple iPod.
I liked two of them - Nano (5th generation) and Touch.
Which is the best and how?
Can u pls tell me the price of them in INR(Indian Rupees)?
