So lately I've been getting screwed over by Sprint. A lot of "Nickel-and-Diming", VERY poor customer service (One associate actually used vulgar language with me and called me a moron), and EXTREMELY poor service all around, not to mention my Blackberry Curve 8330 has more issues than the New York Times. I'm thinking of going ahead and paying the cancellation fee on my Sprint account and moving to Verizon and taking them up on an offer for a free DROID Eris smartphone with a new two year contract.
Before I make my choice though I would like some opinions from other users (Of the service and/or device). I would be getting their Talk and Text 450 plan with unlimited data, which would run me around $90-100/mo. If you have had this phone or Verizon service please comment and tell me how you liked or disliked it
