Questions about University of Florida?

So I am living in another state other than Florida and I am hopeless when it comes to researching for colleges (Only a freshman in high school so cut me some slack) And I'm thinking about going to The University of Florida. I am hoping to major in engineering and dance. But When i look at the website, it brings up two different colleges. Do I have to apply to both colleges or can I only apply to one for both majors. Oh and Is the UF hard to get into?
Thanks for your help!
Have a 4.0 and study like a bitch for the ACT and SAT even though I'm a freshman Taking honors courses in my high school and planning to take CP and AP classes in the coming years

The "colleges" are just sections of the university that specializes in those areas; you dont apply to them, theyre just there. Once you are accepted to UF, you take classes in those certain areas that will go towards your engineering and dance major.

UF will be a tougher to get into for you, because you live out of state. They only accept 39% of applicants. 76% of their current freshman class was in the top 10% of their high school graduating class, and 88% of them have a GPA of 3.75 or higher. An important factor when you apply there is your SAT or ACT scores, so make sure you do well on those whenever you decide to take them. I'd also suggest taking as many Honors or AP classes you can handle, because colleges like to see that you challenged yourself in high school
