Questions about the Shariaa law?

I though Shariaa law is based on human's interpretation of the Quran. It is not the Quran itself. People can interpret the Quran in many ways but there is only one true interpretation. So what is specifically the Shariaa law?
Do you think it is the true interpretation of the Quran?
Do all Muslim countries follow the Shariaa law and if not all what countries do?
Does the Shariaa law differ from one country to another or it is all the same?

And would you please answer my other questions on the R&S category?
