questions about the McDonald's OJE?

OJE=On-Job Evaluation

Is the McDonald's OJE on the interview day? Should i wear something special for it? Also what do you do at a McDonald's OJE


Also.... Its my first job so no bad comments about working there pleazzz:/

so is it different than the interview
 
oje only means that your work will be evaluated while your actually working, do you follow thw procedures as taught to you, do you wash your hands before handling food, do you make the burgers as taught
