questions about the htc touch pro 2 for tmobile..?

how much is it with an upgrade and do u get a mail in rebate with it? and is it really a good phone? i have the mytouch and i wanna upgrade so i can have full keyboard
and also can u custom ringtons, as in put music on ur phone thru ur computer n use them as ringtones
