I have been on a strict GERD diet for five days. I eat 1100-1400 calories a day on average. My clothes already fit a little looser.
Has anybody on here:
1) lost weight on the GERD diet?
2) been on the GERD diet in the long term and felt 10x better as a result?
3) find that you have to semi-customize your GERD diet? (example: I cannot consume iceberg lettuce, broccoli, ground beef, or Kool-Aid because they are heartburn triggers for me, yet I can have full-fat cheese and chocolate - in small amounts - and they're not heartburn triggers for me personally)
