Questions about the Debate of Global Warming?

If global warming is without a doubt a reality, first off:

Why doesn't Al Gore debate John Coleman(founder of the weather channel) over it?

Why did Las Vegas get snow this past winter?

Why did the scientists that are promoting global warming promote global cooling in the '70s?

Why do you believe these scientists when they say they can predict what will happen in the next 100 years when they completely changed their hypothesis about the fate of the world as little as thirty years ago?

Why does most global warming evidence go by what is seen instead of the scientific and historical points of it, like the opposite side saying that global warming doesn't exist?

and for those who answer and believe in global warming:

Do you believe so by what you see in the world, by what you see in the media, or by what you research yourself? and what do you think about the scientists that say global warming is real even though they said we were going to have another ice age about thirty years ago?

Thanks :)

Climate change is a reality. The climate always is changing naturally. Man's actions may be contributing a little to this. You are correct that the same science that was screaming about another ice age in the 1970's are now saying that man is all powerful and causing major damage to the climate. These same scientists try to create "proof" by making huge unproven assumptions. It is funny how more Nations and scientists are coming out saying that man made climate change may be incorrect. Even the EPA is saying that we don't have good enough temperature data from before the 1800's that they are only comfortable going back to around 900 AD and guessing what the temperature was like based on written evidence.
