Questions about samsung D900

i plan to buy this phone, but just somethings i wonder about before i really do purchase it soon.
1) does it support mp3 ringtone (and how loud is it)
2) when it rings, can it ring AND vibrate at the same time
3)how much internal memory does it have and does the package come with a memory card?
