I'm 16 and I got caught up with some serious drug dealing charges. I admitted that I did it and I have been out of school for 6 months and 2 months later, I received a letter from the court. Now, my mom has breast cancer and she is going through chemo right now so she can't work. I have to be at court this Tuesday and I just want to know what I can do if I'm put on probation. Do I have a choice of going to Juvy or going on probation? Does going to juvy mean I won't have to pay the probation fees? And what will probably happen, it's my first time ever getting arrested.
