Questions about photo-engraved dog tags?

I think there's a little booth at my mall that does these, so I was thinking of getting one.

My questions:
-How much does one generally cost?
-Will they take a digital photo? Or does it have to be from a print?
-What kinds of tags do I have to choose from? (I would prefer stainless steel)
-How long would it take to make? Could I just wait for it for a few minutes?
