Questions about Panasonic TC-P50X1?

I'm considering purchasing a Panasonic TC-P50X1 50" 720p 600hz from best buy. It is the cheapest 50" out there and I dont think any other TV could beat the price. I did hear a couple complaints about it and I was wondering if some owners out there might be able to address it.

1) I heard that people are having difficulty connecting their laptops to the TV. My laptop has an hdmi out and runs on 1440 x 900 and I heard 720p's resolution is somewhere near that. Would I have a hard time connecting my laptop to the TV?

2) People tell me playing video games increase the likelihood of burn ins on plasmas. I don't play video games much but if I do I'll probably play for a couple of hours max. Would this be an issue for me?

3) As of right now, people say that the human eye cannot tell the difference between 720p and 1080p. Is this because our technology hasn't permitted for it yet? A few years down the line when programming becomes more technologically advanced, would the picture of my 720p 50" panasonic then be limited and falter in comparison do a 50" 1080p?

4) My room gets a lot of sunlight during the day time and I know that plasmas give a lot of glare. But I heard panasonics have anti-glare? How good is this TV at reducing glare?

This only addresses your third item. Whether the difference between 720p and 1080p can be seen is dependent upon the screen size. You will get varying opinions from the experts here, but in general, the dividing line is somewhere between 32 and 40 inches. A 720p display that's larger than the dividing point, whatever it is, will not have as sharp of a picture as a 1080p display. It's bound to happen that way since the 1080 set has 50% more active pixels on each horizontal row than the 720. That definitely makes a difference on larger screens.

On the other hand, the difference on smaller screens is indeed hard to detect. I have a 720p 32 inch set and a 46 inch 1080p, and they both look about the same to me with the same input.
