My new male beta fish i got about 2 days ago is doing fine, but im a little concerned. I give it TopFin color enhancing food for betas but when i feed it to it, it chews it, and spits it out. Then somehow, when im not looking, it eats it. But sometimes it doesnt so i have to always take the uneaten food out with a scooper. Is this normal?
Also my fish is really scared of me like when i put my finger to the fish bowl, it quickly swims away like its extremely frightened. I know its only been 2 days, but are there any ways i can make myself less frightening to it and to like me better? My brothers fish seems to like me better than my own! Help please!
