questions about my diet/exercise plan?

For breakfast I have a fruit, almost always a banana and I have a glass of coconut milk. For lunch I have two fruits (apple, banana, grapes, etc) and a big salad. In my lunch I usually have 2 tbs. of peanut butter or a low fat yogurt. For dinner I eat whatever is made. Its the only not healthy meal I have a day. Its usually something like chili, soup, pork, steak etc usually with a side of vegetables. Dinner is probably like 500 calories. I estimated that I eat about 1300 calories a day. I work out on an exercise bike for 30 min 4 times a week. I'm 17 I way 162 pounds and I'm 5'3". I just started this diet. (used to eat over 2000 calories a day no exercise.) I get plenty of water, probably more than necessary. What should I change about my plan. Am I eating enough of the right things? Can you estimate how much I will lose per week or send me to a website that will? Any foods/drinks that are helpful for weight loss? Any tips are appreciated.
