okay so i have three questions about my period. i started it when i was ten and im fourteen but these are all new things:
first of all, i have used tampons occasionally since i was twelve and lately pads are just nasty because my cycle is always really heavy the whole time and yeah..but every time, since i was twelve, when i put in the tampon my abdomen doesn't really hurt, but for about five minutes ill get severe stomach aches that make me almost throw up, but its fine after.
second, my cycle is very unusual. i normally get it once a month, for four days. all four days are really heavy and then there's a day of spotting and then its over...but last month and this month ive been getting it twice? why is this? two of my friends has this happening to them too.
and lastly, i go to a school with a khaki pants uniform. i change my pad every three hours, but i still leak a lot. since i can't always wear tampons, how can i better protect leaking?
