My friend recently started working for Petsmart, but he wasn't an employee yet (I think it was trial or something). They told him they can't hire him because he has a misdemeanor (assault). Other people that work there have felonies. When he asked management why they couldn't hire him but they could hire the people with felonies, they said they aren't allowed to tell him. Can anyone help us out with some answers?
