I am considering going into graphic design, problem is, I do not know whether it is the best career for me. Since I was about 11, I have enjoyed making layouts on certain sites like xanga and myspace. Sometimes, I would spend hours on end editing them--changing fonts, colors, sizes, in order to make it look as attractive and original as possible. I love looking at designers modern designs that are used on everything from wallpapers to greeting cards to bed comforters. (like on this site: http://printpattern.blogspot.com/)
But, I have a few questions about this career:
What kind of classes would I have to take?
How much is the average salary, and what can be the max. salary?
And, most importantly, does this seem like this career would fit me best (according to what I listed above), or perhaps another career?
