okay...so i started to go to the gym 5 months ago for about 1 hour per session and i do see a little result on my chest. but i realised that my arms doesn't seem to grow...for instance, my arm feels "big and strong" for the rest of the day after going to the gym..however, on the next day, it seems to go back to normal (skinny, not-tonned look). Due to my work, i cannot visit the gym too often, at most once-twice per week and sometimes once every 2 weeks. how do i maintain the "strong" feel/look on my arm after gyming for more days?
anyway, i used to swim alot but have decided to stop since it is damaging to my hair (i care for my hair alot...) so what exercise can i do in the gym to get the effect similar to swimming?
