Guys.., what do you think about their 1:1 personal trainer service? Is it worth it? And also, what is the minimum age requirement? I do know that FF Australia requires 14 years old and up. But here in Phils., I don't.
I think of joining the FF Platinum in Trinoma because I want to become healthier and at the same time, look better. I am overweight of 40 lbs. Any comments? Do they have good customer support and service? And, how much is the monthly payment?
