Questions about Engine swap for a 97' Honda Civic DX?

My car currently does NOT have power steering, BUT i want to do an engine swap and get a ITR (Intergra Type R) engine put in.
Does this mean that my car will then get power steering?
Will i need to buy a new axil when i do this swap, or brakes?
