At basic military training you learn to act like a military person:
standing at attention, marching, basic military commands, understanding your chain of command, how to wear your uniform properly, how and when to salute...
You also learn some Air Force history and how to recognize some military aircraft.
You also learn some things about how to act in a business:
letter writing, dealing with attitudes
You'll learn about health stuff: proper hygiene, nutrition, sexually transmitted diseases.
You will learn to shoot an M-16 rifle.
Air Force is a lot of schooling. Not so much physical stuff.
See if you can get a hold of an Air Force Basic Military Training Manual from someplace like ebay.
Don't volunteer for any jobs. Look at the floor when they ask for volunteers.
