questions about books made by me?

i am ready to make my book but there is only one problem. my front cover is the problem. my book is about alice in wonderland so i need to make a front cover about that. how do you make it? any free front cover and back cover making websites? it must be able to save as JPG though. 10 points for first answerer but must be good enough
