So me and my boyfriend are planing to have sex, but I want to be fully protected, so I am going on birth control. I have a few questions about sex/birth control though, 1. How long does it take for birth control to start working(when can I rely on the pill)? 2. Is it really that mandatory to use a condom and birth control? 3. How bad does it actually hurt the first time, and what is the pain like?
