Questions about biking 42km every day?

I recently decided I want to bike to school instead of busing, which is 21 km there and 21 km back. But since I'm new to biking, I have a couple questions. First, I'm a runner, and I run at least 10 k a day. Would I have to stop this on the days I'm biking, or cut back or something? I also do daily strength training and yoga, and martial arts once or twice a week. I'm not sure if biking 42 km would be really trying or not, but I don't want to over exert myself, and I just want to make sure this is okay. I'm only 16 after all. Oh! And would I have to eat more to compensate? x
