it is in testing right now. the latest date i heard is 3rd quarter this year, but i was originally told a much earlier date. i'd say it will be ready by the end of the year. i don't really have any other info on it, i.e. pricing, what phones will work, etc... but i would expect that it will coincide with the launch of evdo. at one point i was told there would be flashed for existing phones with access to the browser removed, and since most of the new phones they are launching have access to the browser already on, i think existing phones should be able to access it even though they do not have evdo.
