When practicing diaphragmatic breathing, I notice that after the initial inhaling and holding breath, when I exhale, I get this pumping sensation near my ears(seems to be coming from neck going into my brain...lymph channels?) and this pump also gets to my arms...palms and sometimes in my feet. Now, is this blood or oxygen or lymph fluids? Thanks.

But I can only feel it for a few seconds after exhaling. But 'feel it' I mean without touching any body part. Diaphragmatic breathing is supposed to provide a pressurized pumb for the Lymph fluids. I was not sure what it was.
