Hello, in the future I am thinking of rescuing a Tortoises, I was wondering if I get an uncastrated male would be make a good guard, I know obviously they cannot run or bite but do they make an alarm sound or anything? Are there any other animals that they dont get on with. I saw on a program once that a person in the UK had them living outdoors, I thought they had to live indoors where it is warm as they are not native to cold reigons. This guy had them swimming in his pond( or maybe they were small turtles)
