Okay, so I've seen people use like granite (?) graphite (?) to start the outlines or draw out their pictures before painting.
What mediums (oil, acrylic, etc.) is best for use with that? And what's the benefit of using granite/graphite?
I am looking for that translucent look, like there's light in the color (hard to describe...). I want my colors to "pop".
