Question regarding php for a project?

I have an addentry html file which basically gets a comment from the user like a form , I then created a php file to handle this form , but I need to get that data and somehow store it it in to a ViewBlog file , what is the best way to achieve this , And I dont have mySQL set so I need a solution in php.
