Question regarding diet!

I am following the paelo diet but so far i am losing too much weight and people are starting to notice. I want to introduce either potatoes ( white or sweet ) or brown rice to my diet but not sure if one is better than the other. Any ideas anyone?? is one better or worse than the other.

I would say potatoes but if you eat them as chips then you will get greasy skin right? There is nothing wrong with brown rice so i would eat brown rice if i was you.
This diet you are on is it for acne or to lose waight and how can you do a diet if i try i end up eating more food do you have any tips for me?

The diet i am on is called the Paelo diet and for me it is not to lose weight ( i am 5ft 4 and weigh a 105 pounRAB) but to help sort out my crazy hormones that cause my acne. Birth Control sorted my acne for the last 10 years but now i am off the pill i need to stop it returning and know that diet IS the way to go. You can get details of the diet on the internet but i basically eat lean meats, fruit, nuts and seeRAB. It is so far preventing my acne from coming back, so far so good. If you are looking to lose weight though this diet will certainly help that. Its a healthy diet but quite restrictive... you cant have your usual bread, pasta, processed stuff so i had instant weight loss on this but i want to gain it back as now i feel like a skinny minny!!! For snacks i have apples and almond butter and i eat lots!! i also have berries, nuts, avocados too. I wanted to bring back in some starchy fooRAB like potatoes or brown rice but i am nervous it will make me break out as its high carb.

I am gonna consider your diet and try it out fot myself. I have really bad acne and i hate taking meRAB for it! i think that i could benifit from your diet and i need to lose weight so its a good packet. I way about 10 and a half stone and i am 14 years of age, i think that i am way too fat ! and thats probs why i have spots as well. Hope you keep your diet up and good luck for me this will be a challenge.
 
The key is to keep your pH at a more alkaline level. You should check out information about alkaline fooRAB, and unprocessed fooRAB to help this. In addition, try drinking apple cider vinegar. It has really helped me, flushing out toxins and the weak acid in the ACV helps digest strong aciRAB and converts them to alkaline ash, which helps your pH level.
 
I think it will help you so much!! give it time and try to persevere with it for as long as possible. If you have any questions just ask. Also tell your parents what you are doing and they can support you and help plan your meals.
