Question: phonecard app?

I'm currently on Android, but I find some features of the N8 attractive (offline maps, pentaband HSPA).

One app that I find invaluable on android is "phonecard express". When I dial any contact, it asks me if I want to dial using a preferred phone card, and if so, it automatically dials the phone card number, pauses, and then prompts me to send the number.

Are there any apps like this for the N8? I searched, but came up with nothing.

This is a make-or-break for me, since I refuse to give long distance money to my cell provider.

As an alternative, did you consider Skype or Fring?

I wonder whether it would be possible to create a contact to call the phone card and enter the PIN, and then while that call is ongoing choose and dial the contact for the person you want to call. Just thinking aloud.

We have an application that will do this for you, and will run on the N8 just fine. In fact, it will do everything automatically for you, and allow you to set patterns for calls that you'd like to route, so you won't need prompts. However it supports prompting as well if you prefer.
