question on nutrition drinks and vitamins taken while playing sports.?

okay.
i play volleyball so yeah i run and jump alot and i'm very skinny and last year when i played i lost like 8 pounds just from practicing.
but they have those drinks and all that stuff now for you to gain muscle and stuff like that, but i was wondering. Is their some kind of drink or food or vitamin that i can take/eat to keep me at my healthy weight rather than me losing the weight i just gained back.???
