question on my dirt bike?

ok i have a 82 honda xr 80 that the rings are bad but it still starts on first kick...no im not stupid because it has a blow by thats why i know there bad and it blows out the white smoke from the oil...but i just wanted to know if there was any possible way to make my rings come unstuck without haveing to take the jug off..if any possible way let me know thanks
