Okay i have an old mp3 player Philips brand that i got for christmas in 2006. When it try to sync music to it is says windows media player says that it was succesful but when it turn it on there is no music on it. So i went to the support site. WWW.PHILIPS.COM and it said that the firmware was out of date. So i tried to install philips device manager but it only works on windos XP and I have Windows Vista. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
