alright so the other day i was with three friends at a girls house smoking pot out of a homemade bowl. We smoked all the weed i had which was about a quarter of a gram, and than her dad came home, took my bowl and told us to leave which we did. Half an hour later a cop showed up at my friends house and talked to us. The one friend didnt smoke, and the other denied smoking and the cop believed him, but i had to admit to the bowl and weed being mine since the dad saw me with it. The cop than took me home and talked to my parents. All i'm wondering is what is the the judge most likely going to give me for this incident. oh and i'm 17 years old fyi.
also please dont post or tell me anything off a website that gives you marijuana laws by state. i already know the punishment is up to 30 days in prison or up to 500 bucks.. but what happened to me is kinda obscure so i need more specific answers. thanks
Also, i do believe he told my parents he would contact them later. but i dont know if this is just to check up, or to give us a court date.
