Write the net ionic equations for the following reactions:

a. Aqueous solutions of acetic acid and barium hydroxide.
b. Aqueous solutions carbonic acid and potassium hydroxide.

I only know how to do precipitate, because you do not include spectator ions. But I do not think that this is a precipitate, so I do not know what to do. Do I show the full products, or do I just show the water forming as a product and still leave the rest of the stuff on the product sign as ions . If you know how to do it, please include the state: (aq), (l), (s)
