It's locked my sent text messages. Everytime I go to delete, or check my sent-box, it completely turns off (or restarts) my phone. So I can't delete anything that I've sent. Now, my sent-box is completely full, up to 100, and my phone isn't letting me send any text messages now. How can I hard-reset my phone, or is there anything else that I could do?
