Question for students who just finished HSC Australia?

Hi, now that our results have been posted online and we've received them in the mail, do we receive some sort of certificate stating that "_________ has completed his/her HSC"??
this is for a resume and im wondering whether or not to wait for a certificate or to include my results in it.
