I have a tournament tomorrow, and am in the middle of preping a speech for A Resolution to increase school uniforms in schools. In the midst of writing my negative case, I am having trouble deciding whethe or not to push constitutionality,as it is a direct violation of the 1st amendment. Is argument valid, and can it stand as one of my main arguments? Or would it be too easy to refute and would judges not like it? Please help!
