So for anyone that has worked in a Restaurant how do feel about service staff and reliability. Everyone knows that servers have the highest average turnover no matter where you go. What about when they are in the restaurant? A server makes $100-200 in a shift and suddenly they are sick the rest of the week (is this fair)? I was a server so I have my own thoughts but I would like to hear what other restaurant employees think about this topic.
