my husband is from the area, and we've been back many times. we have a dispute about the RR / septa crossings that say " stop look listen" I say those are for pedestrians only he says thats for drivers and is in the manual. The signs of course aren't red STOP signs. He's been out of the area since "89 as far as living there. Can any locals reply, and say where you live?
