Question for people who graduated high school or are in college?

I'm a guy and in my senior year in high school. I don't have any friends and it's been like that for a long time now. It's not like I'm a mean person or anything; I've always been the nicest guy to anyone I meet but still haven't had any close friends. Will this carry on into college? Will it get better after I graduate high school?
