question for hard die fans

I can only recall Blinky making cameo appearances in the early years and was prominently featured in the episode where Mr. Burns ran for govenor, but i don`t remeraber seeing any episode of Blinky in mutant human form. Maybe it was in one of the TOH episodes. Sorry i couldn`t be any better help. I`ve seen so many episodes of The Simpsons that it`s hard to recall a lot of them.
 
HI!!! Anybody knows the name of the episode that appears Blinky with a mutan human form?? I need that for a work and it´s important! Thanks!!!
