Question for football fans?

What is so good about watching a bunch of men behave aggressivly and like animals on a field with the aim of getting a ball over a line or over some goal posts?

What is so good about following a team of which you don't personaly know any of the players (in most cases) and purchasing team merchandise at a ridiculous price? Why do you buy a shirt that is no better than a $10.00 shirt, for $60.00 because it has your team logo and colours on it? Why do you buy a shirt that has a team sponser's logo on it so that you can be a walking advetisment?

Why do you embrace a shameful, anti-social and animal-like behaviours that are displayed by these sportsmen? Why do you drink yourselves stupid and hurt your familieis in the procccess? Don't you think this is selfish and inconsiderate?

Do you see more to life?

I actually include footy as part of my life.
I also have many other aspects to my life, like most footy fans have.
Do you not watch any sport?
I haven't hurt anyone by watching AFL.
Maybe if you look in the mirror you might see someone that needs more in their life?
