i have alot of sperm coming out of my rectum when i flatulate. What can this be? I am not homosexual, and never put anything up in there.lol.I know it sperm cause it smells really salty and looks just like it. I know this is gross, but please assist. I asked this question an hour ago but didnt get any helpfull responses. What should i do!?
 
Sperm should not come out from your rectum.
You should make an appointment with your doctor and get it check. Maybe there is a hole in your internal organ which cause it to leak through your rectum.Once again, get check by your doctor. Goodluck!
