Question for customers of "3" mobile phone company....?

I've been having quite a few problems with them since signing up two weeks ago. To cut a long story short, they put me on the wrong tarrif, but now claim to have ammended it. However, i'm still being charged for internet usage when my contract said it was unlimited free access to the internet. After spending 45 mins in the "3" shop last Sunday trying to sort this all out, i was told by the assistant that it would still show up on my account as being charged, but would be cleared when i receive my bill and i would only be paying my £15 a month as agreed. I really don't want to be looking at webpages lots of times incase i AM being charged and it doesn't come off my bill at the end of the month. Can anyone please help me? The assistants in the store really don't seem very sure. Thanks
